How to reach us
Phone: (714) 515-1308 (24/7). Email: [email protected]. Address: 1 Centerpointe Dr, La Palma, CA 90623.
We take problems by phone because water damage is urgent and a conversation is faster than any message. If you email, include your address and a number to call back.
What to say when you call
- Your address, nearest cross streets and ZIP code
- Where the water is coming from and whether it has been stopped
- Which rooms are wet and what materials are affected
- Whether the water was clean, from a drain or from outside
- Whether any wiring, gas appliance or sewer line is involved
If water touches an outlet or the panel, call the utility or 911 before calling us. For standing water, see emergency water removal, and for mold questions, mold remediation.
Find our base
Our base is in the Centerpointe business park in La Palma. The map is centered on the address below.
Photos and details to gather
- Photos or video of the wet area, taken from a safe spot
- The date and time you noticed the water
- Any plumbing repairs, appliance failures or storms that came before it
- Your insurance company name and policy number, if you plan to file a claim
- The property manager or landlord contact, if you rent
You do not need all of this to call. The dispatcher starts with what you know and fills in the rest later.
For landlords and property managers
If you manage a rental or a commercial building, the call starts with who is authorized to approve work and who pays. Tell the dispatcher the unit numbers affected, any shared walls or ceilings, and whether tenants are present.
Leaks in multi-unit buildings often travel into units below, so a crew will ask about neighboring spaces. Photographs of each affected unit help whoever processes the claim.
What happens after you call

A dispatcher picks up and asks about the water.

A crew is arranged for the job.
Scope
Scope and price are explained before work starts.
Before you call: safety first
If water is touching outlets, the panel, or anything electrical, stay out of the room and call the utility or 911 first. If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911. If sewage is involved, keep people and pets out of the area.
Once everyone is safe, close the main water valve if you can reach it, and call. The dispatcher will take it from there.

One number serves La Palma, Cypress, Buena Park, Cerritos, Anaheim and Stanton. Fullerton, Garden Grove and Artesia are in our regular range too.

The line is open 24 hours a day, every day, including weekends and holidays.
Can I email instead of calling?
You can email with your address and a callback number, but a call is faster for anything urgent.
