How our services fit together
Water damage is a sequence. The water is stopped and removed, the structure is dried, wet debris is cleaned out, and then the rebuild begins. Mold sits at the end of the chain, and it appears when drying comes late.
Each service below answers one question, so pages do not overlap. If you are looking for the main page about water damage restoration in La Palma, start on our home page, which covers the whole process.

The emergency services
Emergency water removal is for water that is on the floor now. It uses pumps and extraction units, and it handles burst pipes and appliance leaks. Flood damage restoration covers water from outside or from a drain, including Category 2 and Category 3 water, with extra safety steps.
Water mitigation is the drying work that follows extraction, and water damage cleanup removes what was ruined. All four have emergency framing and use the 24/7 line.
The rebuild and the secondary service
Water damage repair rebuilds drywall, ceilings, flooring and paint once the structure is dry. It is a planned job rather than an emergency one.
Mold remediation is our secondary service. It follows the ANSI/IICRC S520 standard, and it starts by finding and fixing the moisture. We explain the scope and price of every job before work starts.
What we do not do
We restore after water damage. We are not a waterproofing contractor, so if water keeps entering after a storm, ask a waterproofing or drainage contractor about the cause. We do not offer fire or smoke restoration, and we do not rent drying equipment to homeowners.
We also do not promise arrival times, and we do not guarantee insurance approval. Your insurer decides coverage, so check your policy.
Emergency or planned? How to tell
Treat it as an emergency if water is still running, standing or spreading, if sewage is involved, or if a wet area is near electrical equipment. Treat it as planned if the water has stopped, the area is dry and you are rebuilding or checking for mold.
When in doubt, call. The dispatcher can tell in a few questions which situation you are in, and the line is open 24 hours a day either way.
Which comes first: mitigation, cleanup or repair?
The order follows the water. If water is still present, extraction comes first. Once it is gone, mitigation dries the structure and cleanup removes what cannot be saved, often during the same visits. Repair starts only after readings confirm everything is dry.
Skipping steps creates trouble. Repairing before drying traps moisture, and cleaning without drying leaves damp framing behind new paint. A good restoration plan names each phase, who does it and what reading ends it.
How scope and price are explained
For every service the sequence is the same. A dispatcher asks about the water, a technician surveys the damage with meters and thermal imaging, and the scope is explained before work starts. The price follows from the water category, the area affected, the materials, the drying days and the rebuild scope.
You will not get an exact price over the phone, because nobody can see behind a wall by voice. You will get a plain description of what drives the number and what you can do to protect your claim in the meantime.

Common questions
Do you offer emergency service for every one of these?
Emergency water removal, flood damage restoration, water mitigation and water damage cleanup all use the 24/7 line. Water damage repair and mold remediation are planned jobs, though the line is open for questions at any hour.
Can one company handle the whole sequence?
Yes. The same line arranges extraction, drying, cleanup, repair and, if needed, mold remediation, so you do not have to coordinate separate trades.
Do you do fire damage restoration?
No. We focus on water damage and mold.
Is restoration the same as plumbing?
No. Plumbers fix the pipe. We dry and rebuild what the water damaged, and we recommend calling a plumber to stop the source if the leak is not already fixed.
